As an RMT, Sarah blends a hands-on, evidence-informed approach with collaborative treatment planning to help patients feel involved and confident in their rehabilitation. She focuses on functional movement and patient education to support long-term progress rather than short-term symptom relief.

Sarah has a strong interest in working with athletes of all levels, providing both preventative and recovery-based care. Sarah also supports patients through pre- and post-natal stages using safe, targeted techniques to address posture changes, muscular tension, and mobility restrictions. She enjoys helping anyone experiencing everyday aches, pains, or movement limitations through tailored assessment and treatment.
