Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, manual therapy technique. Using light touch, CST helps to relieve tension around the body's connective tissue network (fascia). This treatment is very relaxing and may help to relieve pain and bring an overall sense of wellbeing and balance to systems of the body. Massage Therapy Treatment to address conditions and symptoms related to the pelvis and lower abdomen. Treatment may be indicated for patients experiencing dysmenorrhea (painful periods), menstrual dysfunction, C- section scarring and post abdominal surgery scars, Endometriosis, UTI's, interstitial Cystitis, PCOS and other pelvic inflammatory conditions. This treatment considers pelvic alignment along with the use of visceral massage and fascial release to the uterus and the bladder via the lower abdomen, externally. Other modalities that may be used are, Craniosacral Therapy, Joint Manipulation and the treatment of Muscles, tendons and ligaments of the lumbar area, gluteal and hip regions. This is a gentle and slow treatment that uses an open line of communication and ongoing consent between Patient and Therapist.
