Sarah’s post-graduate education includes training in dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and supporting artistic athletes. Her interest in physiotherapy was sparked by her own experience as a dancer, which has inspired her special focus on helping artistic athletes and hypermobile individuals recover from injuries and improve their performance. Sarah is passionate about empowering all individuals to move better and feel their best, so they can stay active and lead healthy lives.
When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, downhill skiing, and walking her dog, Lucy. She also stays active through weight training classes and practicing yoga, always looking for ways to improve her own fitness and well-being.
