Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from Kikkawa College in Toronto.
In her practice, Sarah utilizes Swedish Massage and Myofascial techniques, targeting restrictions and imbalances in the body to help reduce pain and improve mobility and posture. Combined with relevant homecare and client education, Sarah believes in working together alongside clients to help them reach their treatment goals.
Sarah’s work includes: assessment and treatment of acute and chronic injury, relaxation massage for stress and anxiety, deep tissue and myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, prenatal/postnatal care, TMJ dysfunction, and lymphatic drainage treatments.
