Sarah holds a Bachelor of Integrated Sciences (physiology and psychology, minor in kinesiology) and a Master of Physical Therapy from UBC Vancouver. With over six years of practice, she brings valuable experience, including tutoring athletes at UBC and currently guest lecturing at Capilano University on the topic of pelvic health across the lifespan.
She is experienced in treating all areas of the body, employing a whole-body approach, with a particular focus on lumbopelvic pain and lower body injuries. Sarah believes in a multidisciplinary, team-based approach for optimal patient recovery and is happy to collaborate with your existing healthcare team or recommend additional resources as needed.
In her sessions, patients can expect ample time for questions and progress discussions, hands-on treatment, and practical take-home suggestions for both lifestyle habits and exercises.
Driven by a passion for mindful movement, Sarah’s treatment aims to maximize its benefits on her patients’ mental and physical health.
She enjoys yoga, pilates, soccer, running, tennis, and skiing, and slowing down her mind while strengthening her arms at the pottery wheel. Feel free to ask her how your physiotherapy rehab exercises can be integrated into your favorite sports and hobbies.
