I always dreamed of having a career that involved aiding others in achieving optimal mental and physical health. Thankfully, I have been able to practice this modality for the last 14 years. My massage education was a challenging time that inspired me to create a strong foundation of the fundamentals and principles of massage that I practice everyday.
I am trained in myofascial silicone cupping and am a Usui Reiki level 2 practitioner. I am deeply passionate about family, nature, meditation, creating and being of service to others.
Over the years I have been truly fortunate to work on a large variety of ailments of the body. I would say my strong suits would be prenatal massage, full body relaxation and chronic/injury related conditions especially in congruence with the neck, shoulders and hips. My treatment style is a combination of sport/therapeutic and relaxation. I enjoy the ability to accommodate to any situation. I strongly believe that Massage Therapy can aide in the greater health of the human body affecting us in a physical, mental and physiological manner. I work hard to treat everyone to the best of my ability or to recommend someone who is better able. Massage is much more than a job to me; it is an essential part of life.
