Sarah O’Shea is a Holistic, Trauma- and Somatically-Informed Clinical Counsellor at Regen Recovery. She supports individuals navigating burnout, overwhelm, functional freeze, shame, identity shifts, life transitions, and disconnection from self.
Grounded in the understanding that the body and nervous system play a central role in emotional wellbeing, Sarah offers a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-informed approach. She integrates Somatic and Trauma-Informed Therapy, Nervous System Connection and Practices, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Breathwork.
Sarah helps clients build emotional awareness, practical coping tools, and greater capacity for meaningful change. She also brings a strong understanding of the immigrant experience and the complexities of adapting to life in a new environment. Her work blends neuroscience-informed practices with genuine human connection, supporting clients in moving beyond survival mode toward greater resilience, self-understanding, connection, and fulfilment.
Sarah holds a BA in Psychology, a Diploma in Youth Work & Sociology, and a Master Level Diploma with Honours in Clinical Counselling & Life Coaching from Rhodes Wellness College. She has completed training in Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy through The Embody Lab and is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association.
