She holds multiple certifications in massage, including Thai, Swedish, hot stone, and relaxation, and has studied Bowen therapy and applied tensegrity fascial release. Sarah teaches Yoga, Pilates, and Barre fitness, and holds a diploma in Clinical Pilates with a focus on special populations and injury rehabilitation.
