RAPID Neuro Fascial Reset (or NFR, RAPID NFR) is a hands-on technique designed to release restricted joints, muscles, nerves. ligaments, and tendons. This technique used direct pressure from the RMT combined with specific movements from the client to stimulate the nervous system to heal an injury and/or painful conditions. It's particularly effective for conditions caused by overuse, repetitive strain, trauma, or postural imbalances. Therapeutic technique designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function by targeting the nervous system and fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs). It combines principles of neurophysiology and fascia therapy to address dysfunction and promote healing.

Cupping is a technique that involves pressurized cups; suction creates a vacuum that is ideal for lift and separation of adhered tissues. Instead of compression used for traditional massage, cupping is highly effective for separating restricted fascia (a connective tissue found all over the body). Cupping helps treat multiple layers at once, releases scarred tissues and improves blood and lymphatic flow.

For clients who have had their initial assessment for fascial decompression release. The fascia is an integral, yet often forgotten player in our physical body. Issues in the fascia are often misunderstood as unrelenting conditions that don't respond to other therapies. Conditions like fibromyalgia, back pain, migraines, and pelvic pain can often have roots in an unhealthy fascial system. If you have tried everything for your pain and unfortunately it is not helping, give Myofascial Release a try!
This session is to help boost circulation, reduce tension, and support recovery using a combination of red light therapy, gentle movement, and stretching. Use the treadmill or rowing machine to get your body moving, step onto the vibration plate to stimulate lymphatic flow, and take time in the stretching zone to release tightness and improve mobility — all while benefiting from red light therapy throughout your session. Perfect for a quick recharge, post-work recovery, or as an add-on to your massage. Adding a session BEFORE your massage helps your body get ready for treatment. By the time you get on the table, your muscles are already warm, circulation is improved, and tension has started to release — allowing your therapist to go deeper, more comfortably, and more effectively. It’s one of the easiest ways to get more out of every massage.
Take your recovery a step further with this extended session to help your body fully unwind, move, and recover. With 45 minutes, you have time to gently warm up on the treadmill or rowing machine, stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow on the vibration plate, and spend meaningful time in the stretching zone to release tension and improve mobility — all while benefiting from red light therapy throughout your session.
