Intake for children will be done over telephone with the parent/guardian ahead of the appointment. Appointment is for treatment only. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
First visit includes an interview to discuss your health history, followed by an assessment and treatment. Please arrive 5 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing like sweatpants and t-shirt.
Follow-up visit, Osteopathic structural assessment and treatment, up to 20 minutes. Please wear loose, comfortable or athletic clothing and arrive 5 minutes early to accommodate parking.
Patient medical intake and interview by phone. We will call you. Please do not attend the office. We will book your first treatment at this time. If you have limited or specific availability, we recommend booking up to five weekly appointments in advance to secure times that work for you. Any unneeded appointments can be cancelled.
