Sarah Certified as Athletic Therapist in 2008 and has worked with mainly University, Professional, and Olympic athletes. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at SFU in the Rehabilitation stream along with certificates in Applied Nutrition and Active Health and Rehabilitation. Postgraduate completion of the Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University followed. Sarah became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2014.
Sarah spent 5 years as the Head Athletic Therapist for the University of the Fraser Valley. She has also worked with the Abbotsford Heat for four seasons, the Vancouver Whitecaps Women for two seasons, was the Head AT at Kwantlen Poloytechnic University and at Simon Fraser University.
She currently enjoys working in private practice in the White Rock/South Surrey area where she lives with her family. Sarah likes to run, snowboard, work out and be on the water.

Using evidence-based manual therapy techniques, your session is tailored to your needs and goals to restore function, reduce discomfort, and support overall physical well-being.
During your 60‑minute RMT session, our therapist will conduct a focused assessment and treatment of soft tissues, joints, nerves, and surrounding structures to relieve pain, improve mobility, and address dysfunction. Registered Massage Therapists in BC are authorized to assess soft tissue and joint function, and to treat and prevent physical dysfunction, injury, pain, and disorders through manual methods such as manipulation, mobilization, and other therapeutic techniques. CCHPBC +1 Your session may include hands-on techniques like soft tissue release, joint mobilization, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic stretching. Treatment is guided by your history, symptoms, movement patterns, and goals — with emphasis on restoring optimal function, reducing discomfort, and preventing future injuries.
