Sarah completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Michigan – Dearborn while obtaining an athletic scholarship to pursue her dream of playing college Softball. Shortly after, she completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Sarah’s passion for supporting others led her into a career where she can provide support to those who may be facing challenges in their life.
Sarah's therapeutic approach is Person-Centered and Strengths-Based, where she draws from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions.
Sarah believes in taking a collaborative and goal-oriented approach in therapy and strives to create a treatment plan that is unique to her clients' experiences.
