Sarah has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 5 years serving the South and Central Vancouver Island regions. Sarah is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she received comprehensive training.
Sarah is intentional with her approach to treatment and prefers a slow intuitive method, blended with targeted therapeutic techniques. Sarah has experience with a variety of conditions including but not limited to chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, muscular imbalances and dysfunctions as well as stress-related concerns. She values treating the patient in a holistic manner and has an understanding that all areas of one's health are inter-connected.

Massage can begin 6 weeks post-operative. Direct massage to the incision is optional. If there is sensitivity to the incision site massage can be applied generally before specific work is done. Treatments are within the patients tolerance and comfort level and always modified or discontinued if the patient decides. * The incision must have healed before receiving direct massage to the incision site (A scab has formed and fallen off)* The entire treatment will not be spent on abdominals - other areas of concern can be addressed during this visit.
