Sarah graduated from The Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Regina, SK in June of 2015. She immediately began working from her home-based practice in Regina Beach, SK. Sarah provides Relaxation, Pre-natal and TMJ massage but is most passionate about treating Therapeutic and/or complimenting the treatment with myofascial cupping techniques. She has studied with the International Cupping Therapy Association and wishes to pursue advanced education in this area after discovering the immense benefits of cupping therapy with her clients. Believing in a no-nonsense, proactive approach, she is focused on educating her clients to better understand specific forms of treatment and the benefits of regular maintenance to ultimately help them reach their health and wellness goals.
Growing up on a Saskatchewan cattle farm in the beautiful Qu’Appelle Valley, her love for the mountains and outdoor adventure is what drove Sarah and her husband to make a permanent move to Calgary this past summer. Along with their passion to travel, they enjoy hiking with their two dogs, snowboarding, stand-up paddle boarding, biking and checking out new delicious places to dine.
