College on Vancouver Island. Originally from Newfoundland, she has called the West Coast
home for the past decade. Her introduction to acupuncture began in her teens while recovering
from a back injury during Canada Games training - this experience sparked her curiosity about
Eastern medicine. Years of travelling gave her appreciation for holistic healthcare and

broadened her approach to supporting people.
In her clinical practice, Sarah offers trauma-informed care with a focus on pain management,
emotional wellbeing, sports-related injuries, and gynaecological support. Alongside
acupuncture, she integrates Tui Na (Chinese massage), cupping therapy, acupressure, and
moxibustion. She also provides needle-free appointments as an option for people who prefer a
supportive treatment without the use of needles. Her treatments are gentle, intentional, and
tailored to support individuals on their journey.
Outside the clinic, Sarah is an avid surfer and outdoor enthusiast - most often found by the ocean, up in
the mountains, or wandering through the forest. Nature is her greatest inspiration and teacher,
shaping the way she moves through the world.

Acupuncture - 60 minutes Constitutional acupuncture combined with functional dry needling to address your health concerns. Recommended for musculoskeletal pain/injury, fertility, gut health, hormone management, anxiety, sleep, migraines, and much more.
For new Harbour Health clients Initial visit involves a dialogue of overall health history and day to day health. TCM diagnosis techniques are used to engage and assess the patient. Therapies such as acupuncture, gua sha, cupping or tui na may be used in the treatment.

Boost skin elasticity, improve collagen production, target fine lines and wrinkles. Treatment includes consultation to identify patient goals, facial micro-needling, face and body points, facial cupping and gua sha as well as home care.

This acupuncture treatment is offered with a sliding scale between $65 - $100. This option is created with the understanding that everyone has different financial circumstances. The intention is to reduce barriers for care and support, making holistic healthcare more accessible.
