Sasha Graduated from Mount Royal University, completing the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma in 2018. She is passionate about bringing a holistic approach to health and wellness, working with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide the best possible treatment for Evolve’s clients.
For each client Sasha creates a comprehensive treatment plan that caters to the individuals specific needs and focuses on the long term health and success of each client. She specialises in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release and Myofascial Release. She will also soon be expanding her knowledge by including Dynamic Cupping in the near future.
She is also a certified yoga instructor, practicing a unique form of Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy which focuses on spinal posture and healthy movement patterns.
Sasha is excited to be working with Evolve’s Clients to help them achieve their unique health and wellness goals.
