Sasha most recently completed a Masters of Clinical Science at Western University in 2021 where she became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and completed research in knee osteoarthritis and running. Prior to this, she completed her Sports Physiotherapy Fellowship at the University of Guelph in 2019, her Masters in Physiotherapy at Queen’s in 2018 and her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Western University in 2016. She has also completed her Integrated Dry Needling certification and coursework in concussion rehabilitation and running injuries.
She is passionate about working with athletes and has experience treating individuals ranging from professional to novice. She has enjoyed working with a variety of sports teams, including a Minor Midget AAA hockey team, varsity lacrosse at the University of Guelph and Western, as well as rugby clubs at International events.
Like most of us, she is an athlete and comes from a background of sport. She played varsity rugby at Western University and has competed in a variety of other sports, such as hockey with the Oakville Hornets, soccer, track and field, tennis, golf, field hockey and most recently shifted to marathon training.
Passions outside of physiotherapy include hiking on Oakville trails, tennis, spending time with her friends, family and dogs, cooking and interval training.

A 30 minute assessment designed to allow you to book in as soon as possible for an acute (recent onset) injury. Our 30 minute assessment will help direct your care to assess the potential need for imaging (x-rays, ultrasound, etc), a follow up with your doctor, urgent care or continue with physiotherapy/chiropractic treatment, as well as get pain management strategies underway. We will also forward assessment findings to your primary care physician upon your request. This is not intended to replace urgent care - please visit the emergency room if necessary.
