Saskia graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. With a strong foundation in both clinical expertise and academic achievement, she is committed to delivering evidence-based care to a diverse range of clients. Motivated by a passion for empowering others, Saskia became a physiotherapist to share her knowledge and help individuals maintain the functionality required to continue enjoying the activities they love.
Saskia has experience treating various populations, including post-surgical patients, athletes, and older adults. She takes a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, designing individualized treatment plans that not only address pain and injury but also enhance movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and overall function.
In addition, Saskia specializes in the assessment, treatment, and management of pelvic health conditions. With a particular focus on women’s health, she provides compassionate and evidence-based care to address concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and sexual health issues. Her approach empowers women of all ages, from postpartum recovery to menopause, to achieve optimal pelvic floor function and overall wellness.
Outside of her clinical practice, Saskia has a passion for outdoor activities and understands the importance of maintaining a strong, mobile, and resilient body. When not working with clients, she can be found skiing, biking, running, or practicing aerial silks—activities that further fuel her commitment to promoting physical health and wellness.

We will do video analysis, use lasers and levels to perform a full bike fit, including pedal stroke evaluation. Bike fitting will help increase comfort, fun, efficiency and reduce pain and risk of injury and improve handling of your bike!
This session is for any climbing level and is aimed at providing you with a comprehensive summary of your sport-specific abilities. During the assessment, we will discuss your climbing history and goals, objectively measure the strength and power of your upper body related to climbing, evaluate your lower body flexibility and mobility, and look at pulling patterns. Based on our findings, you will be given recommendations to address weaknesses or imbalances and discuss ways to adapt your climbing training.
