Savannah is Chappelle Chiropractic's deep tissue massage therapist.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Savannah specializes in deep tissue massage, fascial release, and mobility-focused bodywork. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, move with ease, and live fully functional lives.
Working closely alongside the clinic’s chiropractor, Savannah is dedicated to uncovering and addressing the root causes of pain and tension. Each treatment she provides is thoughtfully tailored to the individual—whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic discomfort, or aiming to improve movement and performance.

Beyond the treatment table, Savannah is passionate about education and empowerment. She loves teaching clients how to better understand their bodies, improve mobility, and take an active role in their healing journey.
Outside the clinic, Savannah can often be found exploring new movement practices, spending time in nature, or hanging out with her teenagers. For her, helping people move and feel better isn’t just a profession—it’s a true calling.

By combining cupping with your therapeutic massage you're adding the benefit of decompressing soft tissue using vacuum suction. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. Releasing adhesions and revitalizing connective tissue, increases blood flow to skin and muscles, stimulates the peripheral nervous system and modulates the immune system.

Initial consult and assessment with an RMT for soft tissue injuries followed by treatment of area(s). This is not a traditional massage, but still provides quality results focusing on specific area(s). Deep tissue techniques mixed with specific soft tissue instruments will be used to treat these area(s). Treatment is all done over clothes, no gowning needed.

Treatment is all done over clothes, no gowning needed unless the office has a radial shockwave machine which at certain points needs to be on skin with ultrasound gel, if that is the case we'll warn the patient and provide proper draping and towels.
