Being involved in competitive sports since a young age, Sean was exposed to the benefits of manual therapy and functional strength training and how they could not only improve performance, but also work to prevent injury in his athletic endeavours by keeping his body balanced and mobile.
Sean believes that a combination of manual therapy and a simple, consistent functional movement practice can allow pretty much anyone to live a healthy, happy, pain-free life, while still pushing and striving to accomplish new physical milestones.
Graduating from the First College Massage Therapy Program in August 2023, Sean is eager and excited to share his knowledge, skills and passion for movement with his patients to give them the best care possible.
