Selena is a graduate of WCCMT’s Registered Massage Therapy program and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She has a passion for promoting whole body wellness and aiding in the healing process. Her treatment sessions are characterized by kindness, care, and a genuine desire to help others feel at their best. Selena uses a variety of passive and active modalities throughout the treatment session including general swedish massage, isolytic stretching, joint mobilizations, trigger point release therapy, and others.
Outside of the clinic she enjoys working in her garden, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.
