Selena is a graduate of Fanshawe College's Massage Therapy program and is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO. She brings genuine compassion to her practice and is committed to supporting her clients on their healing journey.
Her treatments center on fascial work to release tension and reconnect the mind and body. Selena works at a slower pace with a softer touch, an approach that allows her to tune in closely to each client and deliver care that feels both effective and comfortable. Client-centred care is at the heart of everything she does.
In addition to her core training, Selena is certified in cupping, hot stone therapy, and fascial refinement.
