Serena is passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and live more comfortably in their bodies.
She obtained a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University and a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
She has worked with people of all ages across Canada and Australia— where she has supported patients through post-surgical recovery, sports injury rehabilitation, neurological conditions, chronic pain, pregnancy and postpartum care.
Serena aims to provide the highest quality of care using an evidence based approach with a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Serena also incorporates clinical Pilates and personalized exercise programs to make rehabilitation both effective and enjoyable.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring Vancouver’s trails, staying active with pilates, and strength training, spending time with her family and friends and cooking healthy meals to recharge.
