Reflexology is a therapy involving pressure on specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. Its potential benefits include stress reduction, pain relief, improved circulation, enhanced energy flow, relaxation, and better sleep. While it's considered a complementary approach, individual responses vary, and scientific evidence is limited. Consult with a healthcare provider before trying reflexology, especially for underlying health conditions.
It is also called cosmetic acupuncture or an acupuncture facelift. Facial acupuncture is a technique that uses fine needles in specific points on the face and neck to improve skin health and appearance and reduce pain.
