Hi, I’m Shabnam, a Resident Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and get back to doing the activities they enjoy. I believe every patient is unique, so I take the time to understand your concerns, perform a thorough assessment, and create an individualised treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2021 and later earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Conestoga College. I am committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding my knowledge to provide the highest quality of care for my patients.
I have experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and post-surgical conditions using evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and active rehabilitation. My goal is to help you reduce pain, improve function, and feel confident throughout your recovery journey.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with animals. I believe staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are important for overall well-being, and I look forward to helping you achieve your health and movement goals.
