📣 **2026 Schedule Update: Please read for crucial updates regarding Shaelynn’s schedule.**
To my wonderful clients,
Since opening the business in 2022, my calendar has grown busier every year. Thanks to your incredible support, my standard schedule for the remainder of 2026 is now entirely full.
To ensure you can still get the care you need over the next several months, please note the following updates:
* **Waitlist Priority:** If you do not see an available slot, please add yourself to our online waitlist. Waitlist clients are always given first priority for cancellations before those spots are released to the general public. Appointments can become available within 1-2 weeks. If you aren’t on the waitlist you’ll miss out.
* **Pin Our Number:** Please add our phone number (778-222-1051) to your contact list so you don't miss our text or call when a waitlist opening comes up. Janeapp will send the notifications through their automated number however there may be times where we will reach out personally to see if an appointment works for you. This way everyone gets a chance at getting in to see me. If you don’t have our number you may miss out on our text!
* **Priority Access:** For clients who have extra insurance coverage, financial flexibility, or urgent needs, my Priority Slots remain available. These premium slots are kept open specifically to accommodate last-minute or off-hours requests. New clients can only book Priority Access appointments during November/December. You cannot access regular hours during these busy months. Please see below for more info.
* ‼️**November/December:** Appointments are only available for CURRENT clients who have seen me before. I will be unavailable for new clients. New clients may see Jeff. Any new clients who book during November/December after this PSA will have their appointments deleted. New clients are welcome to book for the 2027 calendar. Appointments that are not picked up off the waitlist will be changed to “contact to book” PLEASE EMAIL ONLY WITH YOUR NAME AND APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME- we will email in response to confirm and it’s whomever emailed us first. As a courtesy if you haven’t been chosen for the appointment we will let you know so you aren’t waiting in limbo. Please keep trying to select an appointment when you see an availability, our goal will be to ensure everyone gets an opportunity at least once to prevent “appointment hoarding”. **againstthegrainrmt@gmail.com** ‼️
