I have a diverse educational background with two master’s degrees: a Master of Arts in Sociology from University of Manitoba (2016) and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (2024). I also earned a certification in Addiction Counselling from Vancouver Community College in 2019 and completed the Compassionate Inquiry professional training program developed by Gabor Maté in 2020.
Outside of my professional and academic interests, I enjoy reading, watching movies, running, listening to music, and playing cards with friends.
