I integrate treatment techniques that support both recovery and long-term performance, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs and goals.
I believe in treating the root cause, not just the symptoms, and in creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, I’m no stranger to pushing physical limits. I’ve cycled solo across Canada and from Canada to Mexico —and have even taken on challenges like walking 14 km barefoot on LEGO (yes, really). These experiences fuel my appreciation for resilience, recovery, and what the human body is capable of. When I’m not treating clients, you’ll usually find me working out or chasing my next challenge.
