Shannon's background in weightlifting, competitive bodybuilding, personal training, and enforcement services provided her firsthand experience with relentless muscle fatigue and injuries. Through her own journey, she discovered the connection between mind/body restoration and rehabilitation.
As a strong believer in the human body's ability to heal itself, she is avid about empowering her patients in their own recovery.
Shannon best serves her patients through functional movement exercises, fascial decompression, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization.
Shannon is certified in Athletic Injury Management and Sports Taping and Strapping through Sport Medicine Council of Alberta. As well as Body Reading: Visual Assessment through Anatomy Trains.

Your first session begins with a Full-Body Assessment that looks at your posture and how you move. The Assessment helps us identify the root cause of any discomfort and helps guide your treatment to ensure we build a proper treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Initial Assessment not required for this treatment, Therapist and guardian will discuss the goals for the initial treatment for the child well as any ongoing treatments plans and homecare. Parents/ Guardian more than welcome to sit in on treatment. This treatment is meant as an introduction to massage for new patients as well as massage for the younger ages. If your child has experience with massage and would like a longer session please feel free to book one of the other sessions.
