I graduated with honors from the Trillium massage therapy program, completing my registration in 2023.
I offer an integrated holistic approach to massage, focusing on relieving pain and tension while still providing a relaxing experience. Using a variety of swedish techniques, mobilization techniques and stretching. I will create a treatment plan that works with your specific needs.
Whether your seeking relief from pain, mobility issues or just looking to relax, my goal is provide a safe and nurturing space where we can work together to get you back to feeling your best!

30 minute massages are not recommended for first visit's as the assessment and treatment may feel rushed due to the short duration. We would suggest focusing on one area of discomfort, also due to the short duration.
