###Meet Shannon
Shannon (they/them) is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a thorough approach to health, considering all the different moving pieces of “wellness”. They love the privilege of getting to know their clients and their lives, and helping them see their true potential for
pain free, fearless movement.
Identity and mental wellness play a huge role in our pain perception and how we feel, which is why Shannon sees great importance in creating a space that is not only safe for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent community but is designed to make us feel comfortable and live in the belief that our wellness is a priority. Specifically, Shannon has found a passion for treating scar tissue, with a focus on surgical scars and the road to feeling at-home in your body after gender-affirming surgery.
###Background
Shannon graduated Class of 2018 from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Working in Chiro Clinics and Wellness Centers for the first 5 years of their career, Shannon then went on to open Tidal Soul Wellness Centre on Oxford Street, which lived a beautiful 2 years before the building it occupied was set for demolition. Now, Shannon is excited to be a part of a team again and have so many incredible clinicians to refer you to, all under one roof.
