With a strong belief in the body’s natural ability to heal, my osteopathic practice focuses on restoring balance, improving mobility, and supporting the interconnected relationship between structure and function. Through manual osteopathic treatment, I aim to relieve tension, reduce restrictions, and create the optimal conditions for the body to heal itself.
After completing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, I returned home to Brookswood and spent two decades balancing early mornings teaching group fitness with full-time work in my family’s business—all while raising my two wonderful children. That journey, full of twists and experiences, ultimately led me back to my true calling in health and wellness.
I am passionate about building community and helping people. Nothing inspires me more than watching individuals try something new, overcome challenges, and grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When I’m not providing manual osteopathic treatments or studying, you can find me teaching yoga and fitness in the community or cheering for my kids at the lacrosse field.
