Shannon is a dedicated and compassionate kinesiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge in 2024. She is committed to helping individuals recover from injuries and return to their everyday activities with strength and confidence. She currently volunteers in the Occupational Therapy Department at Burnaby Hospital every week by supporting patients in their rehabilitation journeys and collaborating with healthcare professionals to gain hands-on experience in therapeutic practices.
During her free time, Shannon enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through regular gym workouts, reading, and exploring new locations around British Columbia.
