AjouterMy journey into Massage Therapy has been years in the making. Driven by the desire to promote healthy active living, my focus has been on strength, conditioning and mobilization. But there was a missing piece to the puzzle - the ability to provide healing, recovery and pain management. I found the majority of my clients were seeking programs based on pre- or post-surgery, and there were countless inquiries on how to work around an injury. I felt the limitations of my scope of practice. It sparked a fire in me. It wasn't enough to provide an exercise. I wanted to provide treatment plans that would make a positive impact on my client's well-being beyond the walls of a fitness facility.

With a background in Personal Training and Fascia Stretch Therapy, I can apply my knowledge of exercise science and anatomy to each massage treatment. As a Massage Therapist, I implement a new skill set to assist in relieving muscle tension and reducing stress. I am looking forward to building new balanced foundations for each of my clients!
I am a graduate of Trillium College's Massage Therapy program, holding honours. I am registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I actively participate as a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
