Sean is a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He is passionate about helping individuals improve their movement, function, and overall quality of life through active rehabilitation and personalized exercise programs. With experience supporting clients recovering from injuries, chronic pain, and motor control challenges, Sean emphasizes education, functional movement, and long-term health. His approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription with a strong focus on empathy and client-centred care. Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing guitar and boxing, which help him stay active and express creativity through movement and rhythm.
