Sharlyn has a practice focused in digestive health, hormones, sports nutrition and stress support. Sharlyn completed her Bachelors in Psychology and Food Nutrition and Health at the University of British Columbia followed by a diploma in Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in Vancouver, BC. Her background in science and holistic healthcare offers a broad lens through which she recognizes the needs of both body and mind.
Sharlyn is passionate about working with clients to address the root of their health concerns and using food as medicine to help people reach their fullest potential. She believes that proper nutrition is a foundational aspect of health and values working with other practitioners in an integrative setting to optimize client care.

A personalized nutrition plan with educational tools, lifestyle and supplement recommendations will be created in your first follow up.
If you're an existing client, book this session to receive a 7 day meal plan, tailored to your health strategy plan, and lifestyle. This will include some recipes, and tips to making meal planning fun and efficient.
Follow up visit after your initial consultation to review your personalized nutrition plan, discuss strategies, and adjust and refine your nutrition plan to help you reach your health goals.
Brief follow up to track your progress, revisit your goals and revise your nutrition plan, if needed.
