Sharon has a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, and Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Western University. She is also certified in Level 1, 2 ad 3 Pelvic Health and specializes in pre and postnatal care. She works at Markham Stouffville Hospital in the acute inpatient setting and works in private practice providing orthopaedic and pelvic health treatment and assessments. Sharon draws on a unique blend of compassion and toughness that inspires her patients to push through adversity and attain their goals. Sharon's main goal is to empower her clients through their recovery journey and get them back to doing what they want!

At Metatherapy we use DUOLITH SD1 »ultra« shockwave therapy which is a non-surgical way to treat chronic pain. Shockwave therapy uses rapid frequency vibration to increase blood flow, reduces muscle spasms and is known to decrease pain.
