This appointment is for POSTPARTUM (after baby arrives.) A flange fitting involves a measurement of each nipple to ensure you are using the appropriate flange size while pumping. A proper fit is important for pain-free and comfortable pumping while maximizing output. Commercial breast pumps typically come with 1-2 "standard" flange sizes and MANY pumpers actually need something different. *Additional parts at an added cost if required.

This appointment is for quick questions about breastfeeding and pumping with babies older than 6 weeks. This is not meant to be a full initial consultation . Please come with specific questions that the LC can assist with virtually.

NEW PHYSIO CLIENTS: This appointment includes an assessment to start the program and treatment. The treatment plan and subsequent visits will be discussed at the end of the appointment. Topics addressed may include (but not limited to): appropriate pushing, core engagement, birth prep and positioning, perineal stretching (optional) and perineal care in postpartum.
