With nearly two decades of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I support a wide range of patients, including office professionals, health-care workers, tradespeople, athletes, and those managing chronic stress or pain. My treatments are patient-focused and evidence-informed, blending therapeutic techniques with a calm, respectful approach to help each individual feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am also a Clinic Coordinator and Clinic Instructor at an RMT college, where I oversee student scheduling, provide mentorship, and help guide students in developing strong clinical and professional foundations.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time adventuring with my puppy and have developed a growing interest in cultivating flowers that support bees and hummingbirds. These activities help me maintain balance, curiosity, and appreciation for the natural world.
