AjouterShauna graduated from Academy Canada's Massage Therapy program in 2017 and has been helping clients recover, relax, and move more comfortably ever since. She believes every treatment should be tailored to the individual, combining careful assessment with a personalised approach to help each client reach their goals.
With a background in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Environmental Chemistry, Shauna has always been fascinated by how the world and the human body works. She enjoys combining clinical reasoning with hands-on treatment to address the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction while creating a welcoming, judgement-free environment where clients feel comfortable and heard.

Shauna offers therapeutic and relaxation massage, cupping therapy, Indian Head Massage, and Gua Sha treatments. Whether a client is recovering from an injury or surgery, managing chronic tension, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, or simply looking to unwind, each treatment is customized to their individual needs and comfort level.
Known for her empathetic and intuitive approach, Shauna pays close attention not only to what her clients tell her, but also to the subtle ways their bodies communicate. She understands that discomfort isn't always easy to describe, and many clients appreciate her ability to recognize areas of tension, protective movement patterns, and discomfort they may not have been aware of themselves. Her calm nature, attention to detail, and approachable sense of humour help clients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
Shauna believes the best treatments come from working with her clients—listening, educating, and creating a treatment plan that supports both immediate relief and long-term well-being.
