30 minute Follow up appointment- may include Soft tissue release and Sports stretching as determined by the physiotherapist
Treatment will include soft tissue release, sports stretching and acupuncture/ Dry needling + electro acupuncture ** as needed
1 Hour Physiotherapy treatment. - Can include Soft tissue release, stretching, cupping and acupuncture as needed.
This is a virtual appointment- you do not have to see the practitioner. You can ask the practitioner about their style of therapy, to see if its the right fit for you!!!
Initial Physiotherapy Assessment at home- includes an assessment of the injury, an examination of your current complaint and appropriate treatment- 45 min
VIRTUAL Initial Physiotherapy appointment for clients who want remote physiotherapy education, diagnosis and treatment.
For clients who are looking to obtain Physiotherapy virtually- 30 min - Best for those who are unable to see a physiotherapist in person due to distance or other constraints
