I’m a former professional volleyball player who spent nine years competing in Europe, now working as a Certified Athletic Therapist. My path into this profession was shaped by experiencing both sides of sport—the performance side and the injury side.
Through those experiences, I developed a deep respect for the injury process and how unresolved issues can evolve into more complex problems over time. After graduating from Sheridan College’s Athletic Therapy program in 2016, I became deeply interested in human movement and how the body functions as a whole.
I’ve since developed strong expertise in movement analysis—assessing how the body presents both statically and in motion. I focus on understanding not just what is happening when the body isn’t moving well, but why it’s happening.
This perspective has shaped how I treat my clients. I take a whole-body approach, recognizing that everything is connected. My background also allows me to better relate to my clients, understand their injuries, and communicate clearly what they need to feel, see, and do to restore proper function and begin the healing process.
