Shay is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT), completing the program in 2025. With extensive training in assessment, therapeutic treatment, anatomy, physiology, pathology and rehabilitation focused care, Shay is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve movement and support their overall well-being.
She has experience treating a wide range of conditions including muscle tension, postural strain, stress related discomfort, headaches, injuries and so much more. Her treatment approach incorporates techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and other targeted therapeutic techniques aimed at increasing mobility, decreasing pain and supporting recovery.
