The JaneApp will make it incredibly easy for you to book, change, or cancel appointments, fill out paperwork, pay, etc. If you have any questions or need help you can email me at shaylaisyourRMT@gmail.com.

When booking I ask that clients book in no more than once per every 3 weeks, which ensures that everyone will have access to their regular treatments.

I direct bill to most major insurers (Bluecross, Manulife, etc). Please come to every appointment prepared to pay in full as your insurer may not always allow direct billing.

For payments I take credit card (run through the JaneApp), cash or e-transfer. At this time I cannot accommodate debit cards.

Please kindly cancel your appointment if you are sick with symptoms of cold, flu, or covid-19.

If you need to cancel your appointment please aim to give 24 hours notice. I understand life is full of surprises which is why I have a very flexible cancelation policy that is designed to only be costly for repeat cancellations:

1st time = 25% cost of appointment, 2nd time = 50%, 3rd time = 75%, 4th time = 100%

Please kindly aim to arrive approximately 5 minutes before your treatment time. If you arrive any earlier, you may find the door locked! Any later and you may miss out on precious massage time.

If you have any mobility issues please communicate this with me the day before your treatment. There is a set of stairs to the clinic - however accommodations can be made ahead of time for me to meet you at your car and guide you to an alternate route with no stairs.
