Shayla is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and focuses on helping people feel their best through deep tissue work, movement-based techniques, and joint mobilizations. Her goal is to reduce pain, release muscle tension, and improve mobility.
Shayla believes that understanding the body is key to the healing process. She focuses on helping clients learn about their pain, how it affects the body, and how to manage it effectively. With an emphasis on both treatment and active involvement, she provides personalized home care plans to support healing beyond the clinic and help clients return to the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, you will find her camping, fishing, or enjoying some clay shooting in the outdoors. If not in the forests, she'll be either snowboarding in the mountains or surfing in the ocean.

(FST) is a table-based, therapist-assisted stretching system that focuses on the body’s connective tissue rather than just muscle. Unlike typical stretching that isolates one muscle, FST works on entire chains of fascia that often become tight from stress, training, injury or posture. The therapist uses gentle traction, movement and stretching to create space in joints and free restrictions in the fascia. Designed to be pain-free, working with the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic patterns.
