Together, we will create a thoughtful treatment plan tailored to your needs. As a Manual Osteopath, Shea approaches the body as an interconnected system. Assessment and treatment may include osteopathic manual therapy techniques — including myofascial release — to support mobility, integration, and overall function. This extended appointment provides space for both comprehensive assessment and hands-on treatment. It allows us to begin addressing restrictions while establishing a clear direction for ongoing care. Subsequent visits will continue building on the treatment plan that is developed during this initial session.

I am really looking forward to working with you and your little one. Little ones come into this world learning how to do all the things — lifting their head, feeding, rolling, crawling, walking, regulating. That is a big job for a small body. When fascial restrictions are present, these transitions can feel harder than they need to. This 1-hour initial session includes both assessment and gentle hands-on Myofascial Release treatment, along with home care education to support you between visits. At Fascial Connections, we intentionally allow enough time to slow down, observe carefully, and listen — both to you and to your child’s system. Their story matters. The timing matters. Your concerns matter. Together, we will explore not only what may be presenting outwardly, but why it may be happening — always working at a pace your child can tolerate and integrate. We are here to support their development with thoughtful, respectful care.
