SaveSheena brought over a decade of experience working in the medical and dental profession into her passion for massage therapy.
Her treatments incorporate fascia techniques to realign posture, and Swedish massage methods to relax the nervous system, allowing the body to respond positively to her touch. Sheena is also passionate and experienced in treating TMJ dysfunction (pain in the jaw area).
She uses the power of therapeutic massage to promote healing in her patients, and follows it with home exercise suggestions and self care tips to help further her patients’ recovery. Her goal is to provide the kind of care that supports her patients’ lifestyle, enabling them to engage in the activities they love with confidence and ease.
