Originally from Costa Rica, Sheila is drawn towards natural and holistic forms of healing. On her path towards becoming a healer she graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where she earned her designation as an RMT. Sheila has been an RMT for 6 years now and creates treatment plans based on evidence based best practises by incorporating many general Swedish massage techniques including fascial release, joint play, cupping, lymphatic drainage massage, abdomen massage and hot stone massage modalities.
