Shelby practiced in Ontario for 5 years before venturing west. She is skilled in various types of massage including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, pre-natal, Indian head, intra-oral, hot stone and remedial exercise. She uses her vast skills to ensure each client receives a customized treatment to reach their individual goals. Out of the office Shelby enjoys hiking, beach days and cuddle puddles with her cats.
