Shelby Hitchcock is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, after completing her diploma at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2019. She is very excited to further her career as an RMT at Health Centre of Milton.
Shelby brings a bright and focused energy into each massage treatment, assessing each client’s individual needs, tailoring treatment plans, and offering homecare protocols to help her patients reach their goals and be pain free as quickly as possible.
Shelby’s treatments focus on soft tissue manipulation and using the body’s own natural processes to assist in recovery. In addition to deep tissue massage, she also uses a number of other advanced techniques such as Facilitated Stretching and Trigger Point Therapy in combination with therapeutic exercise and client education to help her clients reach their treatment goals
